Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your BookCast account at any time, from inside the app or by asking us to do it for you.

Delete it yourself

  1. 1. Open BookCast and sign in.
  2. 2. Go to the Account page.
  3. 3. Scroll to “Delete account” and follow the confirmation step.

Ask us to delete it

Email support@bookcast.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We complete requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • • Your login and profile details (name, email address)
  • • Books you added or uploaded, including the uploaded files
  • • Every episode you created, its audio, cover image and transcript
  • • Your plan, remaining episodes and credit history

All of this is removed immediately and permanently. We keep no backup copy of your books or episodes. Basic payment records may be kept only where the law requires it.
